Well, despite the pain of my week old injuries from Sam's accident, I have done okay for my first week of school. On Tuesday, I had to go to the doctor because I was beginning to run a fever and I felt horrible. I have an infection in the burn on my leg and the scrape on my hand. The place on my elbow has begun a big scab and feels like it is healing. Two days into the antibiotic and I think I am going to make it!
School was good today, I enjoyed meeting my new students and reminiscing with some that I knew previously to the new school year. Tristan and Samuel have done wonderfully at preschool this week. Despite a new snotty nose, Samuel has done great! T-man is who I was concerned about and he walks right in his class every morning like a big boy. Every night this week, Samuel has "punished" me by whining and crying from the moment we get home until he goes to bed. Things will get better with that!
